Hi, my name is Michael Hammock (Mike). We've been keeping koi and producing offspring for over twenty years now. One of our goals is to promote awareness of and keeping of beautiful majestic Nishikigoi (living jewels). Another goal is to produce outstanding Tategoi (Tategoi is an extremely nice example of a young Koi with a promising future). And last but most important is to provide you with healthy, high quality, beautiful Koi that you can enjoy for many years to come. |

 We guarantee your new Koi to arrive alive and healthy and we extend this guarantee for an additional forty-eight hours after arrival. Koi cannot be returned. We have no control on what a Koi might be subjected to once received by a customer. They could jump out of their new home. They could be electrocuted by faulty wiring. They could be exposed to unhealthy Koi or other fish. Or they could be placed into chlorinated water. Please remember that chlorinated water will kill any fish. We can give you some guidelines to help prevent your new koi from jumping out of their new home because sometimes it takes them a few days to settle into their new environment. Please email us with any questions that you might have concerning being prepared for the arrival of your new koi. If there is any problem with your new koi when received, contact us immediately. We will strive to resolve any problem. We want you to be perfectly happy with your koi. We are honest, dependable folks and we want to keep you as our friend and customer. |
